Our tropical retreat exudes a coastal charm with earthy tones and coastal-inspired decor. Recently renovated with four private bedrooms (with privacy locks) and 8 beds, we can accommodate up to 11 guests. The house's theme is centered around entertainment, health and wellness (did we mention we have a Game Room in the garage?), promoting a balanced and relaxing environment for our guests. The tropical backyard retreat is fenced in with a covered patio and lounge chairs for sunbathing next to the FREE HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA, BBQ Grill, Outdoor TV and COLD PLUNGE. Enjoy cocktails by the pool with plenty of shade or sun- whichever you prefer! Inside the retreat, an 85-inch smart TV is a central fixture in the expansive open-floor-plan (kitchen, living room, and dining room are all one open space), with access to Xfinity cable and streaming apps. The large dining room table can seat ten guests. There is a private laundry inside the garage Game Room with a brand new washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board. The garage Game Room features a big-screen TV, Xbox, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and two arcade video game cabinets! Brand new central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room keep the space cool, even during Florida’s hottest months, and our large ice machine on the patio is perfect for getting the cold plunge ready or keeping your drinks chilled on ice! We do allow up to 2 dogs. Please indicate at booking, and include the pet fee in your reservation. There is a smart lock for the front door for an easy self-check-in process. BEDROOMS: The Master Suite has a luxurious, plush king-size bed and ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has a double sink vanity and a large overhead rain shower with plenty of pressure. The two (2) Queen bedrooms feature cozy and extremely comfortable queen-sized beds, ideal for couples or solo travelers. The main bathroom has a shower with a tub and a large sink area. The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids or a group of friends, with five comfy beds (two bunk beds and a pull-out trundle). KITCHEN & INDOOR AMENITIES: The open kitchen has been updated with a new large kitchen island with barstools and Quartz counters. We have all the dishes, cups and glasses, utensils, cookware, appliances, coffee maker, blenders, etc. Our cleaning team leaves you with a 5-star "hotel quality" finish (just check our reviews!), providing all sheets, pillows, towels, plenty of beach towels, laundry detergent pods, dishwashing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. If you are missing something that can make your stay more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask! We do not allow parties, events, weddings. This is a purpose built retreat that has been designed and built for those that are conscious about health, wellbeing and relaxation. This is the perfect getaway for families, hard working couples, high performing professionals and groups that are respectful to understand that the property is not built to host parties. Any attempt to cover, remove or obstruct security cameras, noise monitors or the WiFi system will result in a termination of booking and you will be required to vacate the property. Noise detectors are placed inside and outside the house. Inside threshold is 88db Outside threshold is 80db If thresholds are breached you will receive an automatic notification. If 3 notifications are sent without any recognition to the instructions to tone down the noise we will have the power to terminate your booking and ask you to vacate the property. No more than 3 cars allowed on the property.

We do not allow parties. Please be respectful of our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 8pm- 8am every day. There is a 3 car maximum. No drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever, including the backyard! No smoking inside the house. Smoking of any kind inside the house is subject to a $1,000 fee for cleaning and removal of smoke odors. All guests must be named and sign a digital waiver to cover you and the property. Please respect our rules and treat this home as if it were your own. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home. We have a ring doorbell set up at the front of the property and Minut noise sensor in the living room and backyard patio area. Minut noise sensors do not record or stream audio in order to protect guest privacy. They do measure overall sound volume, smoke, and crowds.
