We loved our stay and our hosts were Excellent! Anything we needed , they sent to us within hours. The neighborhood was wonderful and convenient to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was very beautiful! Very welcoming, spacious and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Didn’t get to spend too much time in the backyard but it was beautiful. The fruit trees looked amazing as well. Good location. Only about 20 mins from Tanger Outlets, Ross, Walmart etc… Host was very responsive and quick to help if needed! Will definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay here! Everything from the serene yard, pool, open floor plan with high ceilings, to the renovated bathrooms was just perfect for our group. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone

This quiet, peaceful, and private property was exactly the reset in nature that my husband and I needed!! The location near the Riverbend Park was phenomenal for daily biking and kayaking. And the backyard was a beautiful, lush space to chill out in. I highly recommend this cozy place if you are seeking a getaway/reset in nature!

Everything was fine and location could not be beat for my needs and at the price point. Two comments for this property: it would have been nice if shampoo had been provided by the host and the tub drainage should be unplugged. Neither of these issues were brought to host's attention because it was a one night stay and both items were only discovered on the morning of my departure.

Greg’s place is in an amazing location in Palm Beach, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and near lots of restaurants. The pool at the building was a great amenity and there’s a nice outdoor area to sit nearby. The unit is exactly as it looks and was a great place for our weekend trip!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The host was very helpful and checked on us through out our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint house with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of towels for the bath too. Loved the backyard and the pool table. Close to the beach and downtown. We were here on business but wish we had more time to relax and enjoy everything. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This little studio was perfect, the building is beautiful, older but well taken care of a the room itself was a godsend. Greg was so responsive I was able to get some work done at the small table and being so close to the Publix / coffee shops / restaurants is a boon! I also slept like a rock, and was tempted to steal the pillows they were so good. Will be coming back!

Traveling solo for a 3-day work trip, this location and the apartment could not have been better. Near tons of walkable restaurants and close to the beach and other PB highlights. The price was very reasonable, and the place looked just like the pictures. Greg was a very responsive and flexible host. I had a great experience and would definitely rent this exact apartment for future trips.
